This position is responsible for completing event meeting rooms, ballroom and General assembly area house furniture needs in a concise, efficient, manner which includes related paperwork and documentation. Primary Duties and Responsibilities Review event documents to determine crew assignmentsPrioritize event needs to evaluate crew disbursementMaintain event documents in an orderly mannerComplete daily Job Time sheets for accountingPlan standard maintenance projects into scheduleInspect sets for compliance to fire rules and event demandsAttend event pre-cons/meetings as assignedCoordinate department tasks with other building departmentsAnalyze Food Service involvement for equipment requirementsMaintain/Record On-call time sheetsAssist Building Services Manager in recommendations for hiring and employee relationsOther duties as assigned Qualifications To be successful in this position, you must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Education and Experience Customer Service experience, required Two or more years of experience in supervisory/leadership role, required Minimum High School Diploma or GED, required; some college coursework, preferred Skills and Abilities Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication and inter-personal skills among all levels of staff and clientele.
