Our client is looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to assist a growing HR team in Chicago. They are looking for someone proactive with a sense of urgency who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs Post job openings and create job descriptions Attend job fairs and recruitment events to source candidates Conduct interviews with potential new hires and assist with onboarding Use various networks to recruit and network with potential candidates Other ad hoc duties as assigned About You: Bachelor's degree required 3+ years of experience recruiting for part-time and hourly roles Experience with ADP required Experience with sports recruiting a plus Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Extremely organized with a keen attention to detail Beacon Hill is an Equal Opportunity Employer that values the strength diversity brings to the workplace.
