Monitor ADMS application operations to identify and resolve issues to ensure systems are operating reliability and within design criteria. Prepare performance reports to internal and external stakeholders. Provide support of commissioning testing for new SCADA/ADMS field devices. Provide support of GIS modeling of electric system facilities and validate ADMS modeling of same following GIS updates. Identify and resolve modeling/configuration issues in ADMS/OMS, GIS, and SCADA. Assist in the testing and validation of Unbalance Load Flow Model application. Document work procedures and train others in ADMS applications. Coordinate development of switching orders templates and work flow management within ADMS. Provide technical support and training of the Switch Order application. Support the operation, maintenance and regular testing of external system integrations including AMI, GIS, Fleet GPS, Outage Maps, external outage reporting systems, CIS, and historian database and reporting systems. Support ADMS application patches and version upgrades and associated testing of systems and external integrations. Monitor performance and operation of Company owned DG and Energy Storage Systems. Work with vendors and OEMs for technical support of ADMS applications. Principal Accountabilities 50% Apply diversified knowledge of engineering and operational principles and practices associated with ADMS system applications. Provide technical support to internal personnel across multiple departments to ensure proper operations and maintenance of ADMS systems:* Interpret and analyze UBLF and VVO events* Interpret and analyze SCADA event reports* Work with Engineering and GIS personnel and external vendors to ensure accurate modeling of electric system facilities as they relate to ADMS applications.* Work with field technicians and Engineering personnel to troubleshoot equipment and system issues * Ensure electric systems operate within design criteria 25% Provide engineering support of ADMS application development including VVO, Switch Order, DERMS, FLISR, and SCADA. Develop and document ADMS application work procedures and work flows. 25% Provide engineering support of the monitoring and operation of the electric power system through ADMS/SCADA applications. Qualifications * Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, or relevant equivalent* Minimum of 6 years of progressively responsible experience in electric power engineering or related positions* Strong analytical ability, technical aptitude and computer skills * Experience with ADMS and UBLF applications preferred.* Must be available during system emergencies Last updated: 2-5-24 PDN-9b72622c-c5b4-46f6-9592-59caea73636c
