Direct Support Professional II Schedule / Availability: Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 10:00 pm *Shifts are assigned within this time frame* Compensation: $17.75 per hour *If this employee is able to give 50 hours of availability, they will be given a company vehicle OR a $100 monthly stipend* *This is a float position and will be required to work throughout the Twin Cities metro area. In this roll you’ll be making a difference by: Supporting individuals with daily needs including personal cares Train new staff Administering medications Cooking and housework Provide constant supervision Transportation to appointments and community events To be considered for position with us, you must: Carry a valid driver’s license, proof of insurance, and have daily access to a reliable vehicle Hold an acceptable driving record Possess strong written and verbal English skills Be able to participate in water activities (pool, waterslides, hot tub, etc.) Be able to pass a DHS and nationwide criminal background check Previous experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities Must be willing to work anywhere within Ramsey, Hennepin, Anoka and Washington County This full-time position offers a generous benefits package, including 50%-70% paid premiums for health and dental benefits, retirement matching, $30 monthly cell phone reimbursement, paid holidays, PTO, etc. Pathways to Community is an Affirmative Action and Equal Opportunity Employer.
