Responsibilities: • Compose tailored policy options, quotes, and educational materials to prospective and existing insurance clients• Identify and secure new business through creative sales tactics, including networking and cold calling• Maintain a high standard of customer service excellence when solving billing, policy change, claims, or coverage related issues• Modify insurance coverage, as needed, by regularly assessing their accuracy, coverage, and limits• Ensure up-to-date information within insurance company databases to effectively drive sales and current customers Qualifications: • Deep knowledge of available insurance policies and insurance coverage offerings, including their limits and value propositions• Must have strong computer skills in Microsoft Office programs; experience using agency management systems considered a plus• Prior experience in the insurance industry as an insurance producer for personal lines • Goal-oriented sales approach and effective collaboration skills are needed• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent insurance industry experience and a high school diploma are required Compensation: $45,000 - $75,000 at plan earnings About Company: At Farmers Insurance 1475, our employees set the tone, drive our strategy, and create world-class customer experiences.
