Position Summary: In partnership with a leading manufacturing firm, we are seeking motivated Packers to join the team at their Greensboro, NC location. This position involves key responsibilities like box preparation, product loading, and ensuring the production line operates efficiently and up to quality standards. Key Responsibilities: Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety guidelines, maintain a clean workspace, and properly use all required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Quality Control: Conduct thorough inspections of products to ensure they meet set quality standards and report any discrepancies to supervisors. Production Efficiency: Efficiently construct and fill boxes to maintain production pace, palletize products properly, and support machine operations. Housekeeping: Manage the cleanliness and organization of the production area and equipment. Operational Support: Support operational team efforts to meet production goals, including assisting in various tasks as required. Required Qualifications: Education: High school diploma preferred. Experience: Prior experience in packing or manufacturing settings is preferred. Physical Requirements: Capable of standing for extended periods during a 12-hour shift, lifting up to 40 pounds, and performing frequent physical tasks. Skills: Strong coordination, keen attention to detail, and teamwork skills. Certifications: Willingness to undergo safety training and utilize required PPE.
