The Lead Engineer role includes: Develop project plan. Conduct cost and capability for new market feasibility studies. Support feasibility for new product opportunities. Ensure smooth and complete transition of projects. Develop new product start up plan and manage projects. Collaborate with Quality to meet customer expectations. Meet production standards. Support feasibility and contract review processes and suggest improvements. Handle customer technical interface. Develop long range departmental plan that ties into the strategic plan. Train and mentor the team. Manage and prioritize timelines.
