The attorney will primarily work on matters involving the Distressed High Yield Bond Workout and Public Finance Groups. The candidate should possess excellent organizational and communication skills, be willing to take on significant responsibilities, work independently, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Duties:Handle matters related to the Distressed High Yield Bond Workout and Public Finance GroupsAssist in complex commercial real estate transactionsWork on behalf of developers involving mezzanine, new market tax credit, and/or conduit bond financingConduct legal research and analysisDraft legal documents, contracts, and agreementsProvide legal advice and counsel to clientsCollaborate with colleagues and clients to achieve desired outcomes Requirements:4+ years of complex commercial real estate experienceExperience with mezzanine, new market tax credit, and/or conduit bond financing preferred Education:Juris Doctor degree Certifications:Admission to the Florida Bar Skills:Excellent organizational and communication skillsAbility to take on significant responsibilitiesStrong work ethic and ability to work independentlyDesire and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environmentProficiency in legal research and writingAttention to detail and accuracyCollaborative team player As one of the largest law firms in the U.S. with more than 40 offices, it was founded in 1967.
