Opportunity The Merchandise Coordinator for our Lifestyle Brand(s) is responsible for developing and overseeing the strategic direction, marketing, and management of our lifestyle merch line. Our Merch Coordinator will play a vital role in creating and nurturing a brand that resonates with our customers and targeted demographic while embodying the particular lifestyle, values, and culture of Life Surge and other Surge related brands. Essential Duties Develop and execute merchandising strategies in line with brand vision and values. Support in managing merchandize product line and contribute to merchandize business P&L. Manage online merch store and traveling event merch stores. Contribute to establishing merch brand guidelines and ensuring consistency across brand touchpoints. Create new merch designs and support in bringing new merch products to market. Collaborate with product designers, developers, and manufacturers to support product alignment with brand image and values. Support collaboration with marketing, product, event, and purchasing teams to achieve desired results. Contribute to implementing marketing campaigns to Raise brand awareness and drive sales. Assist in utilizing various marketing channels, including digital, social media, influencer partnerships, and traditional advertising. Contribute to ensuring a consistent and positive customer experience across all merch brand interactions. Implement customer feedback mechanisms and supporting continuous improvement of customer satisfaction with merch products. Stay informed about industry trends, competitor strategies, and consumer preferences. Support using market research and data analysis to inform brand decisions and product development. Assist in monitoring expenses and revenue to achieve desired financial targets. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Preferred Excellent project management, organizational skills, and attention to detail. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong understanding of branding principles, market trends, and consumer behavior. Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills. Creative and strategic thinking. Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and consumer preferences. Passion for the brand's lifestyle niche and values. Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Asana, and other tools and apps is a plus. Self-motivated, self-managed, and driven by performance. Qualifications 1+ years of related work experience. Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field preferred. Proven experience in brand management, marketing, or a related role, preferably within the lifestyle industry.
