Housekeeper wanted at the Inn & Spa at Cedar Falls. Responsibilities entail maintaining cleanliness in cottages, cabins, yurts, geodomes, lodges, and common areas. Receive a $250 bonus for maintaining good standing after 90 days! Benefits include holiday pay, paid time off, and insurance options. A criminal background check is required. Enjoy discretionary bonuses, monthly employee lunches, and discounts at our gift shop. Access to a tip pool after 30 days. Forget about driving your own vehicle; a company car is provided. Earn a $500 referral bonus if you recommend a candidate who remains in good standing after 90 days. After 90 days of employment, receive an annual complimentary spa, dinner, and overnight stay. Additional perks include restaurant discounts, a birthday gift card, and a simple IRA we match a percentage of. Responsibilities:• Cleaning all lodging units such as Cottages, Yurts, Geodomes, Cabins, Cottages, and Lodges• Stripping units of their dirty laundry• Cleaning common areas like our gift shop, tavern, and spa• Deliveries to accommodations• Lifting bags of laundry• Keeping Inn vehicles clean and stocked• Checklist to help you• Assist with laundry when needed Qualifications:• No experience is necessary, we will train you• Willingness to learn• Must be available Fridays, some Saturdays, and Sundays• Hard worker and able to establish priorities• Attention to detail• Must work quickly but thoroughly• Weekend hours for students available Compensation: $13 per hour + tips About Company: Our company has been in operation for 38 years. We are a full-service Inn with Geodomes, Cottages, Yurts, Cabins, and Lodges. We also have an onsite restaurant where we serve breakfast daily to all guests for free. We are open for lunch in the peak season (May through October) and are open for dinner nightly. We have a spa where visitors can get massages, spa facials, scrubs, wraps, etc. We have great benefits such as paid vacation, personal time, discretionary bonuses, health insurance, and gift shop discounts. We also offer discounted meals and spa services as well as free items such as towels and sheets when available. We also own a golf course and you can golf for free. Employee bonus after 90 days.
