We are looking for someone who is highly skilled, friendly, clean-cut, and personable and dependable. We offer competitive hourly pay, sales commission, bonuses, Retirement benefits, and room for advancement. Tools and a work truck are provided, and there are no after-hours or weekend calls. Responsibilities:• Primarily install garage doors and openers• Service, and repair garage doors and openers• Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with garage doors and openers• Provide exceptional customer service to clients• Maintain a clean and organized work environment• Work efficiently and effectively to ensure all jobs are completed on time Qualifications:• At least 3-5 years of experience in garage door installation, service, and repair • A valid driver's license and clean driving record• Ability to lift heavy objects and work on ladders• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients• Must be comfortable with explaining recommendations, options and upgrades• Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team Compensation: $25 - $35 hourly + commission About Company: Hanson Overhead Garage Door Service is a small locally owned business and has been serving the Sonoma, Marin, and Napa Counties since 2009.
