Speech Language Pathologist (January 2024 start) AnthroMed Education is a local and expanding Special Education services provider that partners with pre-K-12 th grade schools in Illinois to deliver high-quality Speech-Language services. We are working to change the way schools work with SLPs so that you can make the biggest impact on your students! We are currently looking to connect with a driven and passionate Speech Language Pathologist who will be available this January of 2024 to work at one of our partner schools in Burbank, IL. The selected SLP will provide therapy to High School students (9 th -12 th grade) and will manage a caseload of approximately 55 students. Job Responsibilities: -Work full time, Monday-Friday. -Provide therapy and support services to High School students (9 th -12 th grade). -Manage a caseload of approximately 55 students. -Deliver group and individual speech minutes. -Successfully complete IEP paperwork and attend IEP meetings. -Meet regularly with teachers, paraprofessionals, and specialists to discuss individual student's modifications or adaptations, ongoing learning issues, interventions, or problems. -Work collaboratively to ensure students' needs are met. -Communicate verbally and in writing effectively with parents, staff, and students on progress. -Maintain accurate, complete, and correct records. -Serve as a resource to school staff members in the development of a balanced program for oral communication and speech improvement. -Other duties as assigned.
