You’ll hunt for leads, cultivate relationships with potential customers, and assess their wants and needs to help them find that perfect property. Responsibilities: • Turn prospective homebuyers into qualified leads by continuously following up and facilitating communication and adding them to the sales pipeline• Hold open houses to engage with potential clients and introduce them to their local real estate market • Coordinate efforts to negotiate property sale between buyer and seller to achieve desired results• Search for prospective homebuyers and present them with information on homes that fit their needs and budget • Prepare representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases for clients to facilitate a smooth transaction• Holding yourself accountable for your actions, and working to continuously grow your real estate business• Setting goals to push your business further Qualifications: • 1+ years of buyer’s agent or relevant real estate experience• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills• High school diploma required, bachelor’s degree preferred• Familiarity with the area real estate market conditions and current real estate trends• Possess a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car• Previous sales/customer service experience - servers, bartenders, and previous military personnel welcome• Active Virginia Real Estate Salesperson license (no license, no problem!
