New Job Opportunity - Docketing Specialist: New and exciting job opportunity with our client based out of Washington D.C. Looking to hire an someone who has 4+ years of docketing experience. Need patent experience Logistics of the Role: Full Time - Direct Hire Hybrid - 3 days a week on site Compensation is dependent on experience ( Ranging from 65k-85k) Day to Day Activities: Index and enter all pleadings into Firm’s automated docket system, Milana, including calendaring due dates submitted by attorneys. Prepare and distribute regular deadline reports to those working on calendared matters. Prepare and distribute specialized docket reports on request. File, maintain and track docket receipt and report files relevant to all case information entered into the automated docket system. Maintain and update all additions and changes in the automated docket system, including case name, venue or court jurisdiction, case number, and/or responsible attorneys. Respond to written or verbal requests from attorneys, paralegals and secretaries regarding calendared events, pleadings, and court procedures and modifications to compliance dates on the docket and calendar. Generate trial timelines, as requested. Qualifications: 4+ years of docketing experience Patent Experience College degree is highly preferred Powered by JazzHR
