Requirements:Juris Doctorate (JD) degree from an accredited law school.Admission to the State Bar of California.1-2 years of relevant experience in labor and employment law.Strong research, writing skills, and academic record.Experience in drafting and responding to initial pleadings and discovery.Knowledge of federal and state employment laws and regulations.Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
