In this role, you'll be instrumental in transforming concepts into reality for residential, commercial, and industrial projects.Key Responsibilities: Spearhead engineering tasks for land development projects, encompassing residential, commercial, and industrial site planning and design. Craft detailed plans including grading, drainage, retaining walls, and quantity calculations, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Collaborate closely with clients to understand their needs and deliver projects within budget and schedule constraints. Exhibit a proactive attitude in project management, taking ownership of tasks, adapting to evolving requirements, and seeking guidance when necessary. Thrive in a dynamic work environment, handling multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high-quality standards. Foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning, demonstrating a willingness to tackle new challenges and expand expertise. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field. Proficiency in Civil3D processes and hydrology software. 1-5 years of professional experience in land development engineering. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and time management abilities. Demonstrated aptitude for problem-solving and decision-making.
