POSITION SNAPSHOT Title : Account Service Representative Department : Commercial Lines Location : Pittsburgh, PA Responsibilities : Manage daily correspondences, maintain accurate client records in CRM, Expand working knowledge and continue education Perks : Tuition reimbursement, student loan relief, flexible work arrangements, paid holidays, matching 401(k) POSITION DETAILS You can expect your typical day as an Account Service Representative to include the following: Client facing support: Manage daily departmental correspondences, Process carrier documents utilizing third party sites and filing documents within agency management system, Conduct ongoing review of policy information and agency records for data integrity Record management: Maintain accurate and complete records of all activities related to clients in internal CRM, following established workflow and standards Continuing education: Expand and maintain working knowledge of Property & Casualty plans, additional services offered in the department, and regulatory compliance by attending meetings, education sessions, research, and formal continuing education programs We are interested in speaking with optimistic and self-motivated individuals who are searching for a dynamic career path and growth opportunities in a professional setting.
