This position is also responsible for quality checks, assembly, packaging, labeling, and moving of product.2nd shift schedule is Monday - Thursday 4:15pm to 2:45amResponsibilitiesOperator Assembler I Responsibilities: * Operate hand equipment and tools used in the assembly process * Ensure quality products are being produced by following work instructions and inspecting parts * Ability to use measuring equipment (gauge pins, calipers, tape measure) * Maintaining daily production rates * Read, understand, and follow work instructions and standard workQualificationsOperator Assembler I Position Requirements: * Knowledge of basic math concepts * Dexterity and hand and eye coordination * Ability to cross train in other areas of production when required * Attention to detail * Ability to work in a fast-paced team environmentOperator Assembler I Perferred Requirements: * 1 year of manufacturing experiencerms Company BenefitsAs a Cretex Medical company, rms offers a full benefit package to its employees.
