Town Planner Bristol HR 11450 Salary: negotiable depending on skills and experience Our client an established planning consultancy has a fantastic opportunity available for a Town Planner to join their Bristol based team. The successful Town Planner will have the opportunity to work on a verity of exciting projects within the residential, commercial, retail and mixed use sectors. Qualifications and Experience: For this position applications are sought from candidates who have a relevant RTPI accredited degree, have achieved Chartered Town Planner status or are working towards this and have a minimum of two years town planning experience, preferably within a consultancy environment. Duties: Preparing planning appraisals for land and buildings Preparing planning applications and planning statements Writing reports and making recommendations Liaising with clients and planning officers Undertaking research and analysis In return the company are offering a competitive starting salary, full benefits package including generous annual leave, pension and healthcare and regular social events.
