We are seeking a motivated and hardworking Laborer/Carpenter Apprentice to join our team in Downtown Nashville. This position is labor-intensive and requires the ability to move materials from the ground to 1-15 floors using the buck hoist. In addition to labor tasks, this role will also provide opportunities to learn the carpenter trade.Responsibilities:Use the buck hoist to move materials from the ground to 1-15 floorsAssist in loading and unloading materials from trucksAssist carpenters with measuring and cutting materialsOperate power tools and other equipment as neededMaintain a clean and organized job siteFollow all safety guidelines and regulationsLearn and develop skills in the carpenter tradeQualifications:Prior experience not necessaryAbility to lift heavy objects and move materials up to 15 floorsComfortable working in a labor-intensive environmentWillingness to learn and develop carpentry skillsAbility to follow instructions and work well in a teamReliable and punctualExcellent communication skillsBenefits:Health, medical, dental, and vision insurance401k matching up to 4%Opportunities for advancement and professional developmentPaid time off and holidaysPowered by JazzHR
