The Training Specialist plays a crucial role in enhancing the proficiency and knowledge base of our dealer network. This position is pivotal in driving data literacy, promoting energy solutions technology, and familiarizing dealers with emerging products. We are seeking a dynamic individual who is passionate about education and committed to fostering a culture of enhanced performance, moral, and corporate loyalty throughout the organization while reflecting Toyota Material Handling core values. Essential Position Duties: Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for Toyota Material Handling dealers, utilizing diverse delivery methods to accommodate varied learning styles Focus on elevating data literacy within the dealer network by harnessing telematics data to provide innovative solutions for customers Facilitate training sessions on energy solutions technology, ensuring dealers are well-equipped to promote and support these offerings Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging products, incorporating relevant content into training curriculum to keep dealers informed and prepared Identify training and development needs within the dealer network through regular assessments and feedback Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to align training initiatives with business objectives and strategic priorities Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development among dealers Manage and develop project plans and timelines Uphold and promote Toyota Material Handling core values throughout all training activities and interactions Willingness to travel (up to 25% or as needed) Education & Experience: Bachelor's Degree or relevant work experience required Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences Strong understanding of data analytics and the ability to translate complex information into accessible training materials Familiarity with energy solutions technology and a keen interest in staying updated on advancements in the field Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally and build relationships at all levels of the organization Experience with technologies and best practices for instructional documents and teaching platforms utilizing a variety of learning and development concepts, practices, and procedures About Toyota Material Handling Let Toyota take your career to new heights.
