OVERVIEW: - Applications are sought from Commercial / IP Solicitors with a minimum of 3 Years PQE gained with another leading law firm. - This reputable team offer a full range of corporate and commercial legal services, advising on a range of commercial matters for business clients, from start: ups, SMEs and larger corporates to family businesses and a range of public sector clients- You will be responsible for advising on a range of commercial agreements, drafting a range of commercial documents and advise on key areas of risk dependent on sector area of client and also advising on partnership and joint venture agreements- A strong commercial sense is also necessary along with a practical approach to solving problems. - You will join a supportive environment that has an excellent track record as well as, an expert team of legal professionals. - Hybrid and flexible working options available. - Competitive remuneration package on offer. e NL will never share your CV with a third party without your express permission.
