GENERAL DESCRIPTION Make the company a safe place to work. Monitor all areas of facility inside and out through cameras and security rounds. Sign in visitors and contractors and channel them to the proper departments. Monitor all employees in and out checking lunchboxes. Receive outside deliveries, receive paperwork and channel to correct department Weight in and out all trucks for shipping and receiving, ensure all paperwork in correct and going to the correct department. Check all ovens to ensure they are up to temp on weekends. REQUIRED SKILLS Computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment. Must include Excel and demonstrated skills in database management and record keeping. Effective oral and written communication. Evidence of the practice of a high level of confidentiality. Excellent organizational skills Educational Requirements High School Diploma or equivalent PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT Exposure to all types of temperatures. Physical ability to do work requiring frequent stooping, bending, lifting, and reaching overhead. Physical strength sufficient to move parts and equipment weighing up to 50 pounds. Sufficient manual dexterity required to perform job properly. High degree of attention and care required to operate in a safe manner. Appropriate safety equipment is necessary. Overtime hours may be required. Join us!
