Senior Producer

Intrepid Studios is looking for an experienced and passionate Senior Producer who is a detail-oriented, self-starter with strong analytical skills. As a Senior Producer, you will focus on product development and assist all cross discipline teams with strategic planning to drive projects to completion in a timely manner. The ideal candidate is passionate about gaming and possesses excellent communication and organizational skills. Responsibilities Lead in the creation, estimation, and tracking of major milestones, features, tasks, and bugs Set and attend studio meetings, determine and delegate action items, and set follow up meetings Responsible for day-to-day operations and drive communication, organization, and accountability for multiple development teams Manage and mentor mid-level and associate producers Work closely with other producers and leadership to communicate project status and identify risks Identify, communicate, and help to resolve risks and roadblocks in the development pipeline Qualifications A minimum of 7 years experience in game production Shipped at least one AAA game title Experience leading teams of 20+ developers Advanced knowledge of game development processes and best practices Experience working in a fast paced development environment with multiple teams Experience building and planning complex projects and seeing them to completion Extraordinary communication skills, both written and verbal Experience with Jira and Confluence project management tools Knowledge of Google tools (Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc) Knowledge of Microsoft tools (e.g. Visio, Project, Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.) Additional Considerations Experience as a designer, engineer, or artist (big plus!) The base salary for this role is between $100,000 - $160,000, depending on skills and experience. Individual compensation decisions are based on a number of factors, including experience level, skillset, and balancing internal equity relative to peers at the company.
