As a Nurse Practitioner specializing in Pediatric and Adolescent care, you'll be an integral part of a rapidly growing primary care group, supporting a nationally recognized health system in sunny Southern California. Strong Families Medical Group seeks a highly skilled and dedicated Nurse Practitioner to join our team. Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive medical support for pediatric and adolescent patients. Conduct regular well-child exams, including physical exams, screening tests, and immunizations. Diagnose and treat various childhood and adolescent illnesses and health problems. Document all patient evaluations, treatments, medications, and transactions in line with company policies. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to deliver optimal care. Educate and counsel patients and families on health and disease prevention. Contribute to pediatric research and health policy development. Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to professional ethical standards. Keep abreast of latest trends in pediatric care and engage in ongoing professional development. Qualifications: Master’s degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program. Current, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license in the state of California. Experience in pediatric and adolescent medicine. Proficient in EMR systems, with preference for Office Ally. Excellent communication skills and patient-centered approach. Fluency in Spanish highly preferred.
