In this role, y ou will be completing structural design/analysis, 3D modeling, drafting/design focusing in structural-discipline tasks on industrial projects featuring steel, concrete, masonry, and light gauge metal construction. You will work on various design tasks such as modeling and analysis of structures and foundations, developing design drawings, assisting in preparation of specifications, coordinating with owner and contractors through construction, designing equipment support structures, and much more. How you Will Make a Positive Impact: Prepare design calculations, drawings, specifications, proposals, and construction cost estimates for a wide variety of new construction and retrofit applications Modeling and analysis of structures and foundations using RISA 3D, RISA Foundation, RISA Connection, Hilti Profis New construction and retro fit applications Required Knowledge of IBC, ASCE-7, AISC 360, ACI 318 etc. Oversee development design drawings with help of drafting/design staff in Autodesk Revit, and Auto CAD Preparation of specifications for civil/structural trades for projects Coordinate with owner and contractor through construction.
