Responsibilities for the Operations Manager: Collaborate closely with our Owner-Operator to shape strategic direction and provide leadership to the team. Supervise day-to-day operations across all locations, prioritizing efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction. Assume responsibility for optimizing P&L and balancing the sheet effectively. Recruit, train, and cultivate a high-performing team, fostering a culture of growth, accountability, and excellence. Advocate for a customer-centric approach and maintain exceptional service delivery standards. Ensure strict adherence to and enforcement of compliance with relevant regulations, industry standards, and safety protocols according to guidelines set. Requirements for the Operations Manager: Demonstrated leadership experience of 7+ years. Knowledge of Residential Home Services Industry preferred. Strong analytical abilities, adept at transforming financial and operational data into actionable strategic insights. Skilled leader capable of assembling and guiding a successful team. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, proficient in fostering relationships with employees, customers, and stakeholders. Proficient in utilizing technology and software systems to enhance operational efficiencies. Familiarity with Service Titan software.
