Position Details: --- Title: Supervisor Operational Chemistry --- Location: Clinton, IL (Braidwood Facility) --- Shift: 1st Shift --- Compensation: $119-133k Base Salary, plus annual bonus --- Benefits: Company offers a benefits package including comprehensive health, dental, life, Short- and Long-Term Disability; 401(k) match up to 4%, Discounted Employee Stock Options, 21 days PTO, and several other benefit options. --- Travel: N/A --- Vaccine Requirement: No Position Description: Responsible for providing leadership and supervision of laboratory activities and projects. Provides coaching and mentoring for all laboratory activities. Requirements: --- Navy Nuke Background with commercial nuclear experience is the ideal fit --- Gamma Spectroscopy experience --- 5+ years of Chemistry Technician experience or 4-year technical degree and industry experience --- Prior supervisory and/or leadership experience --- Will need to complete FLS (First Line Supervisor) assessment --- Experience and or training/certification as a Chemistry Technician
