Position: Chief Sales Officer (CSO) Type: In-person position Location: Miami, FL Salary: Commission-based, with a marketed salary of $100,000 to $180,000 per year. Job Duties: Designing commission structures tied to sales revenue. Setting sales targets and quotas for sales representatives. Developing sales strategies for uniform sales and delivery services. Identifying opportunities for growth and expansion in the market. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent (associate degree will be considered). Transcripts will be requested during the hiring process. Sales experience with demonstrated leadership skills. Knowledge about delivery services and related industries. Commission Structure: Earn $1.25 for each sale or delivery made by every worker under your supervision.
