Primavera Project Scheduler

Description:
The P6 Administrator is responsible for development and implementation of schedules for electrical construction projects while collaborating with Project Management and the Field Leadership Team to ensure that projects are completed according to contract and project performance goals.Responsibilities:Reviews contractual requirements, to ensure that all essential labor and non-labor elements are captured in the development of the schedule. (Including material, travel and subcontractor costs)Create, update and maintain electrical construction schedule.Works directly with Project stakeholders and customer to develop and maintain direct budgets.Create work breakdown structures with project stakeholdersUtilizes various planning tools for schedule development including Gantt and Critical Path Method (CPM) network schedule.Review critical path, cost loading, schedule content.Identify relationships, constraints and milestones with project work schedule.Perform schedule impact analysis for change orders.Develops and presents schedule review documents/data to management and customers as required.Keep detailed and current records of all project work including but not limited to drawings, correspondence and schedulesMaintain and update drawing and all project filesThe duties and responsibilities are intended to describe the general nature and scope of work being performed by this position.
