Practice Area: Intellectual Property - Trademark/Copyright - Transaction, Job Type: Attorney, Firm Type: Law Firm, Experience: 2 Years, A law firm is seeking a Trademark Associate Attorney in Salt Lake City. The Trademark Associate Attorney will be responsible for assisting with trademark searching, global trademark strategy development, and domestic and international trademark prosecution and enforcement. The ideal candidate will possess excellent writing and communication skills and have experience in TTAB proceedings, online and social media enforcement, and UDRP proceedings.
