The Real Estate Leasing Associate Attorney will focus on high-end tenant representation office leasing transactions for major companies. The role requires direct client contact, the ability to work independently, and autonomy to manage matters effectively. Duties:Manage commercial office leasing arrangements for institutional clientsHandle high-end tenant representation office leasing transactionsConduct legal research and analysis related to real estate leasing mattersDraft and review leasing agreements and related documentsProvide legal advice to clients on leasing negotiations and strategiesCommunicate directly with clients and oversee matters independently Requirements:4-7 years of experience in commercial leasing, preferably with a focus on high-end tenant representation office leasing transactionsAdmission to the New York BarStrong understanding of real estate leasing laws and regulationsExcellent communication and negotiation skillsAbility to work independently and manage matters effectively Education:JD degree from an accredited law school Certifications:Admission to the New York Bar Skills:Proficiency in drafting and reviewing leasing agreementsLegal research and analytical skillsClient relationship management abilitiesAttention to detail and accuracy in workAbility to thrive in a fast-paced environment Ranked as one of the top law firms, this full-service law firm has offices across the country.
