Responsibilities: *** Review and analyze complex coverage issues and prepare coverage position letters. *** Investigate, analyze, and evaluate liability and damages. *** Develop and execute claim and resolution strategies. *** Set case reserves. *** Manage litigation and trial process, including attending trials and mediations. *** Oversee third party administrators and outside counsel. *** Prepare case summary reports related to matters of significant reserve and trial activity. *** Negotiate and resolve cases. *** Support policy construction and drafting, reporting claim trends, data analysis, and risk assessments. *** Attend client meetings and industry functions to support retention and development of client relationships and business.
