New Job Opportunity - Conflicts and Intake Specialist New and exciting job opportunity out of Los Angeles, CA. Looking to hire an Intake Specialist with at least 2+ years of experience working in the conflicts department of a law firm. High School Diploma is required - Bachelors Degree is preferred. Logistics of the Role: Full Time - Direct Hire Los Angeles, CA Hybrid Role - 2 days a week on site Day to Day Activities: Organize, draft, and analyze accounting data/reports Operate in the conflicts department and complete tasks as necessary Provide data support- organize, draft, and analyze accounting data/reports Information Collection - Collect information from clients; following up to make sure tasks are completed; scheduling consultations (The position requires being the first person to have contact with potential new clients) Update, monitor, and maintain client records Qualifications/Requirements: High School Diploma, Bachelors degree preferred At least 2+ years of experience in the conflicts department of a law firm Proficiency with spreadsheets and numbers Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, etc).
