Loureiro Engineering Associates has an immediate need for Senior Project Manager – Mechanical to join our Facility Engineering Division in Plainville, Connecticut, or our Portsmouth, New Hampshire location. The Senior Project Manager will lead a team of MEP engineers and designers with a passion to enhance the built environment and the lives of those within it. The ideal candidate is a natural problem-solver, seller-doer, subject matter expert in mechanical engineering, plumbing, and fire protection. Responsibilities: Lead project teams in the preparation of engineering designs, drawings, and specifications for the mechanical engineering, fire protection, and plumbing disciplines. Manage overall financial and technical performance of projects through our project lifecycle management system Maintain and grow established client relationships by becoming an indispensable partner to our clients, both internal and external Serve as the subject matter expert for mechanical engineering, plumbing, and fire protection systems Develop cost estimates and manage engineering design and design/build projects from conceptual design through construction. Qualifications: 12+ years of experience with an engineering consulting or design firm. Licensed Professional Engineer Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent Eligible to work without Visa sponsorship Physical Requirements: Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer Must be able to lift up to 15 lbs. Ability to operate standard office equipment and keyboards. Able to push, pull, and place materials on level surfaces and overhead cabinets. Must be able to work in a variety of weather conditions and terrains. Adherence to safety protocols and proper use of personal protective equipment Loureiro Engineering Associates, Inc.
