Billing/AP Clerk requires: Invoicing experienceExcellent organizational skills and attention to detailService contract knowledge and ability to apply skills when processing invoicesCustomer Service experiencePREFERRED SKILLSAbility to type 75 WPM or higherCandidate must be proficient in excel and Microsoft office.Candidate must be capable of working in a busy and fast paced environment without difficultySolid time management skills and the ability to prioritize is a must Billing/AP Clerk duties: Invoicing of completed work orders utilizing company guidelinesProvide phone support during lunch hours and when shortly staffedCommunicate with district admin staff regarding incomplete work missing informationMaintain a production goal of 100 invoices per dayAssist co-departments with their work load as needed.The use of proper telephone etiquette and customer service skills a must to ensure customer satisfaction.Preserve a team atmosphere by using respect and courtesy in all contact with fellow team members.Maintain a professional manner at all times with customers, Franchise Owners, technicians, field offices, team members and management.
