Their treatment options include both inpatient and outpatient, along with telehealth, detox services, medication assisted treatment, family care, and more.POSITION DESCRIPTION:The new Clinical Program Director will serve as an integral part of the leadership team providing quality, compassionate care to patients suffering from drug and alcohol addiction in a residential facility setting.Specific duties of the role include, but are not limited to:- supervise all aspects of clinical care- supervise case management, inpatient / outpatient treatment, and pastoral care- supervise counseling staff- provide ongoing performance feedback, leadership, and mentoring- oversee lecture series and Alcoholics Anonymous orientation / education- lead performance improvement activities inclusive of clinical services- collaborate with facility management to identify and implement improvement activities- assist with the annual budget to ensure financial goals are being achieved- communicate areas of concern to facility leadership as needed- perform public relations activities and ensure facility is highly respected by referral services- work with the advisory board to promote the availability of treatment servicesThis position will supervise fewer than 10 direct reports and holds overall responsibility for the daily clinical functions of the facility.All patients are adults.
