REQUIREMENTS: Minimum age of 21 Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays Ability to work independently and collaboratively Excellent verbal and written communication skills Minimum two years of bartending experience, with private club experience preferred Attention to detail and ability to work with minimal supervision Proficiency in point-of-sale systems Positive attitude and high energy WORK SCHEDULE: Shifts vary, including nights, weekends, and holidays. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Maintain a stocked and organized bar area Prepare and serve beverages with accuracy and efficiency Work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Attend staff meetings and training sessions Practice beverage and revenue control procedures Provide excellent service to members and guests Maintain knowledge of menus and specials Execute opening and closing procedures Build rapport with members and guests COMPENSATION: $18/hour, plus competitive commission on sales (up to $22/hour) Benefits package available after 30 days of full-time employment ARE YOU READY TO JOIN OUR TEAM?
