Job Description: Holding RC responsibility for patients detained under the MHA and responsibility for voluntary patients; Providing clinical leadership to the MDT in backssment, treatment and discharge planning for patients following the acute care pathway; Weekly MDT Reviews; CPAs, Discharge planning, community and family liaisons; Working in collaboration with MDT to monitor day to day progress and evaluation of treatment plans as needed; Ensure MDT completion of agreed treatment plans; Cross cover arrangements for annual leave/sickness absence; Preparation of tribunal/Hospital Managers reports and attending the hearing; The post holder will have responsibility for providing weekly clinical supervision to the Specialty Doctor.
