DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Answer inbound calls (No outbound calls or sales quotas) Assisting customers with their inquiries. Provide all callers with a high level of professionalism. EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS: High School Diploma from an accredited institution. General Education Degree.
