Work with a wonderful staff of committed employees. Position offers ideal schedule: M-F 8:30-5:30. Loan Secretary supports Loan Officer by maintaining and tracking loan applications, loan files and relevant loan documents such as loan agreements, UCC filings, security lending agreements, etc. Provide excellent customer service to commercial clients and answer questions (phone, e-mail & in-person) or route to appropriate party. Maintain familiarity with applicable banking regulations. Prepare correspondence for internal and external audience. Perform general office tasks such as answering phones/e-mail, processing mail, filing, copying, data entry, word processing, spreadsheets, working with internal bank software and running errands as needed. Interact with all internal and external stakeholders in a positive, professional manner. Requires: 2 years banking, lending or loan-related administrative support / secretarial experience. One year as loan clerk ideal. Need to be organized and able to prioritize multiple tasks in an environment with frequent interruptions & deadlines.
