Join i-wireless, LLC, as a Customer Care Manager in our Newport, KY location. In this role, you will be responsible for managing customer care for all of our product lines. This includes direct responsibility for live customer care representatives as well as automated support systems. This role requires a high degree of attention to detail, and strategic skills, including customer/vendor relationship management and product expertise, as well as experience with call center metrics and work force management. We are looking for someone with a bachelor s degree (preferred) and 3-5 years of experience in call center management with a focus on performance metrics, process improvement, and reporting. The ideal candidate must be an exceptional communicator, avid listener and strong cross-functional team leader.
