Job Opportunity: Human Resources Specialist, Deer Park Roofing, Northern Kentucky / Cincinnati, OH We re growing and need a savvy professional to guide us through the minefield of HR for a small business! This is an opportunity to work with a company with a bright future. Deer Park Roofing has a great opportunity for a Human Resources Specialist. As we are growing, we recognize our need to provide strong HR support for both our business and our employees. This fall, we are moving to a new state of the art facility. Our potential is limitless! As Human Resources Specialist, you ll be responsible for most areas of HR, including Workers Comp, FMLA, Employee Relations, Benefits, New Hire Orientation and ongoing Compliance. (Must also be willing to take on some light office management duties, as needed.) We need a motivated professional to come in and build on our existing processes and structure to support our growth. We are open to your new ideas to be successful in this area. We want your 3-5 years of experience handling human resources in a small business, preferably working with skilled trades. Prior experience with Workers Comp, Benefits, FMLA, Recordkeeping and Employee Relations a must, payroll experience preferred. Must be resourceful with an innate ability to find the answer. This new position will start in Northern Kentucky, eventually moving operations to Deer Park. Deer Park Roofing is a leader in the roofing industry in the Cincinnati area.
