We are seeking an experienced (4-5 years) Human Resources Generalist with Bachelor s degree and professional certification preferred. Candidates must have knowledge of general HR practices (Worker s Comp, Benefits, FMLA, Recordkeeping and Employee Relations) and legal compliance in addition to full cycle recruiting. As our company continues to grow, we need strong recruiting capabilities to help us attract, hire and retain employees. Must have recruiting experience sourcing, screening and qualifying potential hires, including the use of social media and networking tools to attract passive candidates. The ideal candidate will have no problem working in an environment where everyone wears many hats and is resourceful in solving problems.
