Job specifications As a key member of the senior management team you will have full responsibility for leading and managing this very busy marketing department. The role encompasses all aspects of the marketing mix and you will be expected to use the full spectrum of digital and off line marketing techniques to maximise revenue for all market segments; ensuring they are both measurable and effective. Working closely with all departments you will be an excellent communicator with a real understanding and passion for guest care. As a brand ambassador for Rudding Park, you will be expected to increase awareness through pro-active local, regional and national PR campaigns. Together with the rest of the senior management team you will contribute to the strategic plan for the business and devise and implement an innovative and evolving marketing plan to achieve and exceed these business objectives. A marketing related qualification preferably at degree level is highly desirable as is experience of working within the hospitality sector.
