Our client, a leading supplier, both locally and nationally, in the food service industry, is seeking Maintenance Technicians to join their growing team in Enid, Oklahoma. We need someone who has HVAC experience and understands how machinery works in a manufacturing environment (food manufacturing preferred). Our client is a military friendly company; having military experience is a big plus! These positions are primarily on second and third shift. As a Maintenance Technician, you'll use your skills for operation, preventative maintenance, repair and troubleshooting, and minor construction of structures and equipment. You must continually be proactive in recognizing and reporting unsafe conditions, damaged, worn, or unsafe equipment, while following all company and/or maintenance GMP's. Bring your knowledge of machines and equipment to our team. A high school diploma or GED; OR one to three months related experience and/or training is required prior experience in the food manufacturing industry is preferred. You must be willing to share your knowledge with others and conduct on-the-job training for other maintenance employees, including your understanding of, and ability to follow, food safety and quality measures.
