The ideal candidate will have a J.D., be admitted to practice in Georgia, and possess direct and applicable AmLaw 100 law firm or SEC experience.Job Details:Effectively communicate, verbally and in writing, with clients, lawyers, business professionals, and third parties.Produce deliverables, answer phone calls, and reply to correspondence efficiently and responsively.Provide timely, accurate, and quality work products.Successfully meet deadlines and expectations and perform work duties as required.Foster positive work relationships.Comply with all firm policies and practices.Engage in both physical and sedentary activities, such as (a) working at a computer for extended periods of time, including on-screen reading and typing; (b) participating in digital/virtual conference calls; (c) participating in meetings as needed.Perform all other duties, tasks, or projects as assigned.Requirements:J.D.2-5 years of experience in labor and employment law matters.Admitted to practice in Georgia.Direct and applicable AmLaw 100 law firm or SEC experience.Education:Juris Doctor (J.D.)Certifications:Admission to practice in Georgia.Skills:Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong organizational and time management abilities.Attention to detail and accuracy.Ability to work effectively in a team environment.Proficiency in legal research and writing.Knowledge of labor and employment law principles.Experience with company-side transactions is preferred.
