Pacific West Construction and Maintenance is hiring a full-time Painter/Drywaller to join our team! Our maintenance team provides full service repairs and upkeep for apartment buildings and residential homes in the greater Seattle area. The Painter/Drywaller will be responsible for the full range of drywall and painting work in vacant and occupied apartment units and homes. Skills & Requirements 1 year minimum experience Knowledge of proper paint products and tools for the job Ability to hang drywall, patches, and texturing Painting using brushes, rollers and sprayers as needed Ability to mask, prepare, and effectively clean job site when completed Good communication skills and team player Reliable transportation, valid driver's license Authorized to work in the United States Pass a criminal background check PWCM Offers Employees Competitive Salaries, Phone Allowance, Paid Time Off, Health Benefits, Life InsuranceEqual Opportunity Employer.
