Responsibilities: • Monitor all new prospects and incorporate findings into marketing campaigns to help increase company growth• Contract with tenants by negotiating leases and collecting and refunding security deposits to facilitate smooth move-in and move-out processes• Maintain property by investing and resolving tenant complaints, enforcing rules of occupancy, inspecting vacant units, and contracting with landscaping services to ensure our tenant’s satisfaction • Collects rent, pays bills, schedules and keeps track of expenditures to help ensure financial goals • Maintain vendor relationships, implement budgets and coordinate on-site operations to ensure smooth operation of the property• Show units and generate excitement from prospective tenants to ensure all units are leased in a timely manner Qualifications: • A valid Real Estate License is required for this job• Customer service or real estate sales background preferred• Enjoys meeting people and takes pride in providing excellent customer service• Able and willing to work both evenings and weekends• Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office• Exquisite presentation and negotiation skills Compensation: $15 - $20 hourly About Company: We are a game-changer for agents amidst today's ultra-challenging market.
