Hiring for : School-Based Therapist Location: Naugatuck, CT school district Type of role: Fee for Service Option of: Part-time (10 clients a week) Qualifications: Active LPCA, MFTA, LMSW, LPC, LCSW, LMFT licensure in Connecticut Stokes Counseling Services is a leader in mental health private practice and group practice within the state of Connecticut. We are made up of licensed clinicians (LPC, LMFT, LCSW, LPCA, LMSW, MFTA) who provide an array of services, including individual, family, and group counseling. Headquartered in Naugatuck, CT, but also delivering telehealth services state-wide, we are committed to providing comprehensive therapy services that address the diverse needs of our communities. Clinicians will provide therapy services within the assigned school hours. What can you expect working for Stokes Counseling Services? Support environment: Ask questions and lean into your direct clinical supervisor with weekly supervision meetings or with peers during the monthly consultation and Community-Based Program meetings Unlimited amount of sourced referrals: Our knowledgeable community-based team works hard to fill your caseload from the very start Flexibility: Create a schedule that works best for you to fit your lifestyle Growth in your clinical focus areas: Learn and grow with different modalities and specialty training to expand your horizons Insurance paneling: Let us take care of your credentialing with most major commercial insurance Continued education opportunities: Take advantage of free CEUs presented by our Clinical Leadership team and peers along with immediate weekly supervision hours Close-knit network: Reap the benefits of submitting accessible internal referrals to our Medication Management program Benefits: Employees working more than 20 hours per week are eligible to participate in health and dental/vision insurance at the start of the 1st of the month after their 1st 30 days with the company. Weekly supervision for provisionally licensed clinicians Free CEU training where clinicians can earn 15 hours towards their full license Medical Insurance offered through Anthem What’s Next?
